In day-to-day work, we utilize the following technologies:

Thanks to our very well equipped machinery park, we can undertake even the most difficult orders related to the production of silicone goods.
In order to develop, we focus on our independence. We manufacture tools for the production of silicone products in house. We have, among others:
- 3 x MIKRON 3-axis CNC milling machine
- 1x MIKRON 5-axis CNC milling machine
- 3 x Charmilles wire electrical discharge machine
- 1 x Charmilles hole drilling electrical discharge machine
- Measuring machine
- Set of conventional machines for metal working
Our operators have many years of experience in making moulds and tools.
This is why we can work for companies worldwide, including those whose orders require innovative methods. Our Customers include technology companies (Internet of Things), medical companies, or aviation technology companies.

Our Technologies
EXTRUSION
Extrusion is a process that requires precision and is preceded by the preparation of a proper tool (extrusion die) and a silicone compound of raw materials prepared according to the previously developed recipe. At this stage, the silicone compound is given its most important properties, and as a result, standard or special compounds with additional properties are created. Next, the extrusion process is carried out.
HCR SILICONE INJECTION MOULDING
HCR (HTV) silicone is a solid silicone vulcanized at high temperatures. It can also be processed by injection moulding. Crosslinked with additives or peroxides, the silicone is vulcanized under pressure in metal moulds. The resulting products can be further processed or submitted for final inspection as finished products.
In this way, we manufacture solid silicone profiles of any kind – including those of complex geometry, entire hardness range of 10-90°ShA, all RAL colours and various silicone compounds – standard and special with additional properties.
Typical moulded products manufactured with the HCR silicone injection moulding method are: caps, plugs, O-rings, flat rings, shock absorbers, washers, profile corners for vulcanized frames, etc. Our designers develop simple and complex multi-element injection moulds for the production of moulded parts according to the Customer’s documentation.
LSR SILICONE INJECTION MOULDING
LSR silicone is a liquid silicone processed in a fully automated injection process. Injection moulding machines are equipped with special and usually multi-cavity moulds that allow no waste production of silicone products that do not require further processing. Thus, such production technology is extremely efficient and environmentally friendly (JSF SILICONE operates with the implemented environmental management system according to the ISO 14001:2015 standard).
Additional Technologies
CO-EXTRUSION
We also offer extruded multicomponent silicone products. These include, among others, silicone profiles and cords with metal wire, textile fibre reinforced products and braid reinforced silicone hoses. Our offer also includes products made of two types of silicone – solid and sponge, receiving a new functionality, as well as products co-extruded from compounds of different hardnesses and colours.
VULCANIZING AND JOINING
We offer custom production of vulcanized seals (joined permanently) according to the Customer’s documentation. These are simple face joints – into closed loops, joints at any angle into a multidimensional frame, joints of many different silicone profiles, as well as flat elements and silicone sheets of any thickness. Typical vulcanized products include silicone frames of various sizes and gaskets of various geometry profiles vulcanized as oval shape or frame, as well as pneumatic (inflated by air) gaskets. Due to the very high quality of joints (without necking and flashes), our vulcanized products are recognized by many contractors from all over Europe.
CUTTING AND DIE CUTTING
All solid and sponge silicone extruded products can be further processed by machine cutting to given dimensions or die cutting. Such products have high manufacturing tolerances and are very good alternatives to some moulded products.
CUTTING OUT FROM SHEETS
We use the highest quality equipment for programmable cutting out flat elements from solid and sponge silicone sheets. We can cut out gaskets of any shape, with any number of holes, from sheets of any thickness, also those with self-adhesive tape. These products are manufactured with very high precision according to international standards.
MARKING (PRINTING)
We offer production of profiles, cords and hoses marked with print in several colours. The print can include any characters and be applied with methods that ensure its durability and indelibility. It is also non-toxic – our printed products can be used in the food and pharmaceutical industry.
SELF-ADHESIVE PRODUCTS
Developed methods of application of double-sided adhesive tape allow us to manufacture self-adhesive products of almost any type – profiles, cords, profile gaskets vulcanized as round shapes or frames, flat gaskets cut out of silicone sheets, as well as entire sheets. Covering the product with self-adhesive tape can make the installation of a seal or its fixing to the sealing surface easier. Self-adhesive tape can be applied to gaskets manufactured of solid, as well as sponge silicone.
DYING
We have a wide range of RAL colours in stock. In addition to standard colours, we also offer custom designs, such as dyed semi-transparent, fluorescent, luminescent products, etc.
