MOULDED PARTS

Moulded parts (including gaskets) are manufacture by pressure vulcanization on presses and by injection moulding on injection moulding machines.

JSF offer includes gaskets and other silicone moulded products that can be designed based on a drawing or sample provided by the Customer. These are, for example:

In addition, we provide assistance in the selection of materials with appropriate properties and support at the design stage.

COMPRESSION MOULDING

The compression moulding, abbreviated as “CM”, is one of the more traditional, but at the same time reliable technologies that we use in our factory. With this method we are able to manufacture products for prototyping and limited series of products. As a result, we strengthen and professionalize the process of designing new products.

LIQUID SILICONE RUBBER (LSR) MOULDING

Moulding of liquid silicone rubber allows for the mass production of very flexible and durable silicone products. LSR silicone is cured with high purity platinum and low compression. This silicone is highly stable and resistant to a wide range of temperatures, therefore it is used to manufacture products that must meet such requirements. Due to its thermosetting properties, LSR is formed by special treatment that maintains the material’s low temperature before it is vulcanised. Moreover, the distinctive feature of LSR silicone is its unique water repellency, therefore it is an excellent solution for insulating electrical surfaces. Other typical LSR silicone products are high precision products, such as gaskets, sealing membranes, multi-contact connectors, baby products, medical products, menstrual cups, and kitchen appliances.

In addition, our offer includes: coating (fluorine, PTFE), metal reinforcements, product marking, cryogenic treatment (flash removal).

HIGH CONSISTENCY RUBBER (HCR) INJECTION MOULDING

Similarly to compression moulding, injection moulding of HCR silicones is one of the oldest production methods in the silicone industry. Products manufactured in this technology are highly efficient and have excellent mechanical and insulating properties. Similarly to LSR silicone products, HCR silicone products are resistant to UV radiation, and high and low temperatures. These products are used in medical devices, as their parts, for example tubes, catheter balloons, needle ports.
